The Binsar collection is unique as it comprises of a range of products like place mats, stoles, bags, purses, and cushion covers made entirely from the fibre of nettle plants which are found in abundance around this wildlife sanctuary.

The nettle fibre is extracted from the dead plant in winter using traditional methods and ingredients and is a beautiful and versatile fibre which can be used in many ways.

The processing of the nettle fibre in itself is labour intensive and provides employment to many women.
